Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls dal


  • 1 nos chop green chilli


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp chop garlic


  • 2 nos chop onion


  • 1 tsp salt..as taste


  • 1/2 tsp redchilli


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp pure ghee

Directions

  • Take a bowl add dal ,dal wash N soaked for 1 hour.
  • After one hour take a pressure cooker add water,then water boil add dal and sll masala boil at 30 minutes for slow heat.
  • After half an hour take a wok add oil ,then oil heat add garlic saute add onion till golden brown add tomato puree mix well.
  • Then add boiled dal and pure ghee mix.
  • Serve with boiled rice or toti.
